Privacy
Last updated: May 2026.
The short version
- We collect as little personal data as possible.
- We don't use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers.
- We don't sell, share, or rent your information to anyone.
- You can use the entire site without giving us anything.
What gets stored on your device
The site may save a small amount of information on your device — for example, your chosen theme (light or dark). This information stays on your device and is never sent to us or to any third party.
Analytics
We may use a privacy-respecting analytics service to understand which stories are most read so we can improve the library. Any analytics provider we use is selected because it does not require cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not build a profile about you across other sites.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may briefly retain standard server logs (such as the page you visited and your IP address) for security and diagnostic purposes. These logs are not used to identify you and are discarded after a short period.
External links
Many readings link out to the official Bahá'í Reference Library at bahai.orgfor the canonical source text. When you follow such a link, the destination site's own privacy policy applies — we have no control over what other sites do.
Children
The site is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If we add features that collect new kinds of information (for example, accounts or newsletter signup), we will update this page and clearly explain what changed.
